The Company founders represent a combined experience in the oil
and gas business of almost 50 years. They have been involved all
segments of the business from the wellhead to the burner tip.
Fred O. Turner - Mr.
Turner is the president and manager of Red Oak Energy Partners, LLC.
He has several years of executive level experience in the oil and
gas industry. He served as executive vice president and director of
a NYSE oil and gas company and was instrumental in raising over $100
million in common stock offerings and publicly offered oil and gas
drilling funds. He also has several years experience in the
investment banking community serving as an investment advisor and
managing IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions. From
1996 to the present, Mr.
Turner
has been an account executive in the securities industry most
recently with TS Phillips
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. From 1985 to 1990, he was a vice
president - corporate finance with Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, LLC in Dallas, Texas.
From 1984 to 1985, he was the vice president - corporate finance for
Bracken Exploration in
Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. From 1976 to 1982, he
was executive vice president and a director for Unit Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr.
Turner
is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business
Administration School,
Boston, MA with
an MBA in 1975 and from the University
of Oklahoma, Norman, OK
in 1972 with a B.S. Accounting.
Richard Zieren
- Mr. Zieren
is the executive vice president and manager of Red Oak Energy
Partners, LLC. He is an attorney licensed in
Texas,
Oklahoma and Colorado with over 25 years of transactional
experience working for publicly traded oil and gas exploration and
production companies, natural gas pipelines and utility acquisition
programs. He has been involved with the formation and fund raising
aspects of public oil and gas partnerships and most recently managed
the legal and transactional aspects of a $400 million utility
acquisition program. Currently, he is engaged in starting and
advising new business ventures. From 1991 to 1996, he was vice
president & general counsel for Transok, LLC, a major intra-state
natural gas pipeline headquartered in
Tulsa,
Oklahoma. From 1988 to 1991, he
was associate general counsel/corporate for Apache Corporation in Denver, Colorado and from
1986 to 1988, he was associate general counsel/oil & gas for Apache
Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 1981 to 1986, he was general
counsel & corporate secretary for Unit Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He is a graduate of the University
of Illinois with a BS degree in Accountancy and from the
University of Oklahoma with JD/MBA degrees in 1976. In
addition, he has a Masters Science-Science and Technology
Commercialization (MSSTC) degree from the
University of Texas at Austin in 2001.
